Special quest arrow

Is there anyway i can remove this arrow from the corner of my screen? I open the menu and it says elemental evil but when i open the dialog it only says goodbye. I am well past elemental evil also. Any suggestions?

Mine's for the Guild quest which I did moons ago.

The guild quest 1 can be removed if you start your own guild.
