Missing medium adventurer's steed on Xboxone

I have been trying to get help with this issue via the support team, and they sent me a message stating that I was confused. Well, I have checked the menus. I checked mounts tab, and "swap out of stable," is not highlighted. I have relatively new characters, and I spent about 30 USD getting the mount. I cannot see the mount on the zen store at all anywhere, so there is no way to reclaim it for free like they let us do with the others. The mount never showed up in my inventory post patch, and it is not under the reclaims at the vendor in the city.

I am writing this post in hopes that it gets more attention because thirty dollars is a big deal. Perhaps there are more people who bought this particular mount and are having the same issue. Again, the medium adventurer's steed is no longer on the zen store for purchase, so I can no longer redeem it on any character. Imagine if I roll another character; I want access to what I paid for. Why did you remove that particular mount off the store in the first place, devs?

    Everyone who bought that mount is. It is a known problem.

    Yes, it's the same for me. I have a support ticket pending but it's been 5 days now since the last update. I hope we'll see some resolution this week. It was an expensive mount.

    I'm having the EXACT same issue as above. I contacted/messaged Both Arc Games and Neverwinter on FaceBook about same issue and even contacted the Support Team, of which they have not gotten back to me. ALL of the mounts I have earned in -game on XboxOne are all gone. I've checked in the stable and mounts tab and even looked in my inventory. All of them are NOT there -- including the Medium Adventurers Horse I purchased in the Zen Store using USD. I've talked with Xbox Support about requesting a refund. If nothing's done about it I will demand a refund, quite Neverwinter, and will be writing some nasty reviews all over social media.

    I am requesting this post be moved to "Xbox One Bug reports" if at all possible. I am kicking myself for not posting this there instead of where it is at now.

    Another thing that I have noticed while researching ways to "prove" I ever had the mount in the first place is that I cannot. I can prove I bought a total of 3500 zen to purchase the medium adventurer's steed, but I can't actually prove that I bought the steed with the zen. Bringing up the past transactions via PC only gives me transaction history through my PC versions of Arc games, and then it only shows zen bought, and it doesn't show what the zen was used for. Sadly, Xbox live only records the zen bought as well, but in their defense, they wouldn't know how the zen is being used to begin with.

    This is very dubious, and at this point I would be a fool to continue doing business with PWE without taking screen captures for every single zen transaction I initiate. This is definitely one glaring example of why I loathe free to play games and their micro transactions; if I were paying for a subscription, everything is there in the game to be earned through work, but if there is a bug that affects items, maybe it only affects me; however, I wouldn't be wasting more money on items they can just discontinue at their whim.

    Just look in your Collections Tab, it should have a tick next to it and highlighted if you have ever had it.
