Stronghold Siege (Tutorial) bugged

This quest is bugged at the step where you return to the Stronghold with the 5 coins from the dragon's hoard. The reason for the bug can be found when inspecting the coin item's tooltip text. The Ranger is who you must return the coins to within the Stronghold. The problem: The Ranger is still spawned in another location and does not accept the coins. A trigger was not properly coded for this step of the quest. Resolution: code the previous quest step to trigger a respawn of the Ranger to the proper location and make the Ranger available to the player to turn in the coin item.

    Well to be a completionist, I did the tutorial and the wizard was right next to the catapult just as he was when giving the quest. Sounds like you are having a really bad day. I was unable to duplicate any of your reported bugs.

    After talking to the wizard, he brings you to the stronghold. At that step, you are supposed to turn in your dragon's coins, but the NPC that accepts them (The Ranger) is not in the stronghold to accept them and does not accept them at the location he was spawned at for an earlier step of the tutorial.

    The wizard will accept the coins and end the tutorial.

    He has never done so for me.
