so i logged in and im pissed. some of my mounts i was able to reclaim at the enclave but at least two of my mounts that i purchased with zen are gone and have been phased out so i cant even go in and reclaim them wtf neverwinter

A hard reset should fix this issue.

I'm new to game and I was quite peaved to login and see my Stormraider Clydesdale was missing. Does this happen often that you loose items you PAID for? Not only that, the voucher was for 50% off only, AND it wasn't eligible for my same mount, not even for any that I really wanted. Talk about being triple hit here. Eesh!

After the Maze Engine update, I have no sound anymore for my at-will powers and when turning the cleric symbol on/off. Also, there are graphical glitches on the loading screen that seems to take longer than before. The game froze and crashed 2 times already in just around 10 minutes, it used to be stable and never crash like this in the middle of Protector's Enclave. Are these known issues? How to fix them?

I was excited about the new queue system after seeing people post we can do dungeons in private alone or with a friend, then I see there are still requirements of 3 people big let down.

I'm having the same issue with Medium Adventurer's Horse, just bought it as my first epic mount for all my characters to use. Used i just fine before, now it has disappeared from my characters and Zen store. Collections says it can be found in "Founders of Neverwinter - Guardian of Neverwinter". Not reclaimable anywhere.

I am also missing the only mount I purchased from the Zen market. This really pisses me off. Can't find it anywhere. Sent in a ticket this needs to be resolved, like NOW!

So...any movement on getting the mount problem addressed? Give us a temporary mount? This walking thing isn't working.

Walking? You get 2 free mounts from the start. It should get addressed soon...but you really shouldn't be walking

I was joking. I am using the freebie mount atm and it's about as fast as going piggyback on a geriatric nun after my 110% mount.

Got a response on my missing mount "I'm sorry you are having trouble with your mount! This is a known issue, and as such I have escalated the issue to the developers. When they have an update to this issue we will update this ticket. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience in this matter", so there is no telling when they will get it fixed. This slow HAMSTER horse I have really sux. Guess they don't test their updates, or care if its broken when it is released.

Since the Maze Engine I can not make anything in crafting except those items for guilds. I am not in a guild and both my characters one at level 70 and one at 67. I can only craft crates of stuff for guilds and can not do anything with them, can't use them, can't sell to a vendor, can't post on AH - just deposit in the guild. I put several tickets in to support and their answer is that everything is working the way it is supposed to work. I am not in a guild and don't want to be, so are they trying to force everyone to be in a guild? I would appreciate some in put from the community before I stop playing. Thanks All

I get how inconvenient this must be for you when you can only craft guild items when you are not in a guild.

However, as stated, this is working as intended. If you want, you can join a guild or better yet, create one yourself."

Yes, we're still working on fixing the mount issues, which are really unfortunate. If you haven't done so yet, please submit a ticket to our support.

Yes its been almost a week without my one and only speed mount, how long does it take to give us back our mounts. You don't mind taking our money at the drop of a hat, but releasing a broken update to your players, is just bad bussiness. I would like some type of compensation for, yes, the major inconvenience. My frustration level with your speed in taking care of the issue, is rising daily.

I have 16 toons, 8 guildies and 8 guildless.

Ranging from 30 to 70.

All of them have had guild items added to crafting tasks but all other profession tasks are still there.

Have you set filters on your profession screens?

Try removing all filters and see if other tasks show up again.

So are we expecting the mount issue to be fixed with this maintenance/server reset or am I still going to be waiting to use something that I paid money for yet cant use. I see other players on there armoured mounts but I cant use myn. Real frustrating to see this

Just as I expected the mount issue still not resolved. Submitted ticket 7days ago and only had one response. A very poor 'we are aware of the issue' response. Your customer service is terrible and I dont think I will be wasting my money on this game again. Unless I receive good compensation

Feeling your pain kush, I am in the same boat. I am about ready to throw in the towel too. ESO is looking better and better all the time. I seems that ecrana's interpatation of the situation is becoming a reality. "I'm sorry you are having trouble with your mount! But we've taken your money and could care less now."

I have my Malevolent Mod 5 appearance change missing on my warlock this I noticed After I updated to Maze engine
I hope this issue can be fixed it's taken a lot of hard work building my Warlocks looks !!

I do not understand why there's no vendor in protectors enclave that has mod 5 Armour weopans and equipment
For appearance change purposes aswell as mod 5 dungeons item drops !!

Does anyone know when they will be putting the dusk boots and gloves in the trade bar house for Xbox one? I just looked 2 hours ago and they are still not in the trade house.
