Marking and Jabs Not Working

My gf noticed that when she hits RB to "mark" an enemy it is not showing up, therefore not marking them. Is this normal, or is she doing something wrong? I have watched her go to a group of ads and spam RB in and out of shield, it's not working.

Second issue, when she is on an enemy with shield up, nothing happens when she presses RT or LT. Neither of the jab moves are working. What is going on.

    I'm having the same problem I've got up to level 36 and can't use any of my class skills. No mark. I can shield but can't do aggrevating strike ( think that's the name) or the shield thing if that makes sense. I'm not sure if I'm doing anything wrong as I've been told they auto unlock at level 10.

    Apparently it started working for her, but only after she hit lvl70. Very very odd.

    Lol I stopped leveling incase it was a broken thing and had to remake a tank. Oh well not long for another 2xp. Thanks for the response though.

    I have noticed I cancel out my Mark when I go in and out of shield stance in PvP and PvE. I am 90% of the time using enforced threat for the AoE and mark in PvE. My biggest gripe is weapon masters strike and it's delayed animations as if it is unsure who it is supposed to strike. As far as shield slam and stab not working I have not encountered that issue and seems odd.

    So I finally got my tank to level 70 and my class mechanics still don't work. I don't actually know what to do now. I hope it's fixable issue/bug or I've wasted hours leveling a broken character.

    believe this is lag related.. very delayed marking animation.

    due to the camera angle its a HAMSTER to tell at times when the shield is up... add in a ton of mobs, party animations and its all over. Chances are you have the shield up and dont even realize it
