    OK, i thought it was supposed to be between 7-9 am.

    Servers are down from 7-9 AM where Cryptic is based in California, i.e., Pacific Daylight Time.

    Do the math for your particular timezone.

    I'm getting stuck on the loading screen.

    That happens sometimes after a patch. You can try going into your Neverwinter directory and deleting the .patch folder and restarting your client. There are some other things you can do but they don't come to mind at this moment.
