Guardian Fighter Steel Defense not working properly

I use this class feature and sometimes it makes my guardian fighter immune to damage for the full 6 seconds and sometimes I still take damage immediately after activating. If I had to guess, I would say it works maybe 60% of the time. I recorded it in an epic demogorgon run but it also neglects to work elsewhere in open play, tiamat, epic spider, etc. Any idea when this will be fixed? Guardian Fighters have been around for awhile. Could we get things fixed before new added content can let us down in the future? Thanks.

1. I logged onto my Guardian Fighter (this big also affects Great Weapon Fighters with the same power). I have Steel Defense active and at level 4. After activating a daily power I will be immune to damage for 6 seconds. 3 seconds from the initial power and 1 second lover per level.
2. I joined a group in epic demogorgon. I activated Fighters Recovery (a daily power) and immediatey was taking damage within the 6 seconds of activating my daily power. Throughout the contest, the steel defense worked approximately 50% of the time.
3. I went to Epic Temple of the Spider. After activating multiple dailies, my Steel Defense did not prevent me from taking damage within the 6 seconds after activating a daily power. I do have a video available from the epic demogorgon fighting showing this.
I have now went through the step that was asked of us how to report a bug. If this doesn't work, it proves they do not read these posts.
