Dread Enchant?

Anyone messing around with this one? I got one up to Transcendent just for S+Gs and it seems to hit fairly hard... I am not an "ACT" guy or anything... anyone have numbers on this against a Vorpal? It kind of seems like a Vorpal and a PF had a kid with a really weak visual effect, but a decent punch??

    I'm pretty sure it'd work better on TR's, as CW dps is also from their passives.

    I have both trans. vorpal and trans dread. I haven't done any act testing, but in gameplay dread is a lot better with sw/cw/tr/dc.

    You have to be sure that 65% of your damage is from encounters. It's super awesome with HR trappers since almost all their damage comes from encounters. CW's and SW's get a lot from it as well. I'm not sold yet on TR, I don't have one to test it on. GWF's will still do better on vorpal.

    it could be better on TR while clearing mobs with AOE rotation (including smoke bomb, dazing strike, blade flurry, or even wicked reminder), but not at all with single-target rotation, since rogue's massive single-target damage comes from atwill (at least with my rogue).

    It's an improvement over my old p.vorp on my HR trapper, by a mile. I realise that's not exactly a very quantitative analysis. Ok, it's 1.975 miles better within a control period of two cups of tea and three cigarettes.
    No idea what my toon is now.

    Hopefully they implement the fix over to live next week. Cant wait to get the full potential out of this puppy.

    Does anyone know if it procs on every encounter crit or is there a limit/cooldown?
