Someone please answer this question for me!

Now, I really need someone to clarify this before double refinement, is it better to dump all of my refinement into an artifact weapon and then dump that weapon into another artifact weapon for refinement or just to dump my refinement into my end game artifact weapon from the start? I ask this because my friend is saying that he dumped his legendary artifact weapon into his twisted weapon on double refine and it didn't take him to legendary on his twisted. Can someone please answer this for me? Much appreciated.

    Yes I'd like to know as well. I have 2 Epic artifact weapons (off hand and main hand) & want to know if I should do the same thing. dump 2 epics into my twisted AT epic to get them to legendary or what corse of action should I take

    no the multiplier only works on artifacts not the gear.

    Cury is right. Weapons, neck and belt only refine at 80% max which means you don't get a multiplied value.

    So does that mean that it is glitched? I only ask because my weapon is what says always double refinement.

    Double is 80%, normal refinement was to get 40% of the value you put in before the always 2X. There is never normal for weapons anymore, but if you look at the rate on belts or neck items you will see that they are still in the 40% range unless it is a 2X event.
