Control bonus-resist stay same but an additional effect: when you use encounters you have 5% chance to reduce your cooldowns by 20%.

    hahaha :smiley: You are so funny, Boss... Maybe a cake? :smile: If you want to improve anything, than go study IT and try to get a workplace as developer by Cryptic... Do you really think, they will improve this set, just because one unknown player with a Rang 0 in developing says it? Never^^

    Solution is not to buff items, but to buff/nerf classes. Buff one item and all classes using it will get that buff - even the classes that actually needs a nerf. As it is now on PTR all sets pretty much sucks the same - thats balance.
