Demogorgon queue

Greetings people.
Wonder if i can get any help here.
I'm playing on russian server but russian ARC forums lack any qualified support and noone can answer my question.
The thing is we have a server-wide broken Demogorgon (normal) queue. We can't get in any way we can imagine.
1. We can't get there with a 10-ppl party (2 healers, 2 tanks, 6 DD, all 2.5k+) when the horn blows.
2. We can't get there with 2 separate 5 ppl parties.
3. We can't get there with 8 ppl party (as the queue suggests).
4. We can't get there trying solo with 10 ppl simultaniously.

We also tried being in the same instance of mantol-derit while trying and any other way of trying to get in.
The queue for normal demogorgon apears at xx:30 and is locked saying "player HAMSTER is not eligible for queue reason: [blank]". If you remove the specified player - only the player name changes until you have less then 8 ppl (then the wueue says you need a prorpper party).
I can't even think of any idea why is it broken and i heard thet normal gorgon works on other servers.

I realy beg for any support possible.

    So it seems that forums here are of not much more help then russian comunity...

    queue works, but player-base reduction... well, need just more players.

    This thread just prove that some changes just came late.

    Agreed, I have waited the full time period before it expires and have seen 8 or 9 Characters standing that queued and never got pulled. If something is not fixed soon the Underdark Demo is just going to be that same as the Well of the Dragons and become a Graveyard.

    Well it's not that we had not enough players - none of the players can even enter the queue at any circustances. I belive that this is not a subject on EU servers and so possibly devs don't even know that something is still broken and neesa fix. Somehow the same game build functions as intended on EU servers and doesn't function on Russian ones.
    And lack of any dev respose makes the situation even worse - no one knows if the thing is going to be fixed ever or if the bug is at least being looked at.
