in Peer to Peer Tech Forum
pls help my neverwinter isnt loading its stuck on the "Cryptic" screen but its not loading or anything

    Go into the launcher options, check start in safe mode. Once in, avoid full screen mode, use either windowed and manually maximize it or use window maximized.

    i had some getting stuck issues at the loading screen before too, you can try this:
    disable on-demand patching,
    let the game fully download,
    force verify,
    then hit play and do nothing until the game reaches the character screen on it's own.
    same procedure after every update/patch.

    i hope that helps.

    Try opening the launcher options, type "-d3d9" without quotes into the command line. Save it. Close and reopen the launcher, then try to play.

    Well, the last option would be a complete reinstall...
    Or check if any other software is messing around with NWO and interfering with the game loading.

    Ok i reset my entire pc, its working again

    By "reset", do you mean reformat? If so, perhaps a driver conflict (a recently patched or updated driver) may have been the cause of your problem to begin with. This is why we ask for further information, such as:

    Has this only now occurred or always occurred?
    What changes have you recently made to your system? (this includes automatic Windows Updates. If you shut down your PC and it says "Updating and shutting down" then your PC is being updated and therefore your drivers may have been updated).
