Just check the cooldowns on the companion's skills. These days everyone using the Zhentarim cause that companion has the Eldritch Blast what is don't have any cooldown on it so can stack up the bonding bonuses really fast. If the Greenscale has 2-3/4-5 secs skill cooldowns (for example, cause I don't know) then Zhentarim is still better. I'd say no companion in the game yet what is can be better to stack up bondings than Zhentarim.
And Zhentarim is relatively cheap on the auction house I think. If anyone has the right bonding stones to worth to use it instead of augments then I'm sure he has enough ad to afford this companion too.
EDIT: Most nézem csak a nevedet, Magyar vagy? Ha véletlen az vagy akkor remélem értetted mit írtam, mert tényleg szar az angolom

Zhentarim warlock is known for a while now to not be the best. The lightfoot theif and drow merc are at least one of the best, and I've heard people say even the blink dog is better than zhent lock. It's still good though.
I don't know anything about the green scale Bowman though, sorry op.
It's not all about Cooldowns. Runestones slots (off/def), gear slots (2xOff or 1xOff+1xDef), duration of the skill animation ( few pets have a short cooldown, but a very long skill animation ), active bonus, the DPS of the pet himself, and, of course, your budget, are important datas before a choice.
Depending of your class, build, and budget, there is a lot of possibilities.

That doesn't always mean everything. The greenscale bowmen and others like the harper bard provide buffs/debuffs for large groups.
I use a fire archon, mainly because I already had one. Before that I used a purple renegade evoker I'd had since mod 2, he was better at proccing bondings because he follows up his quick first shot with a small aoe, and has a dot attack. However, I noticed later that his attacks didn't stack protectors friendship and cameraderie. The first attack would add the first stack, but his subsequent aoe would glitch it out, letting it fall off completely. 4 stack of both buffs equals about 4000 extra power and some defence - constantly up in a prolonged fight.
The archon's attacks are repeating shots, which stack the buff like clockwork. I'm guessing the warlock is the same from what I've seen. Blinkdog - no idea.
