PVP rewards Banner artifacts Change Bind status of additional copies of same banner

in the interest of improving alt friendliness and making buying a second banner of same type useful for more than just refining other artifacts please make second banner purchased for 40k glory ... bind to account until equipped where it becomes btc like all artifacts PLEASE! i got a pve cleric i really want vanguard banner for ... but do not want to respec or exploit just to get it !!!!!!

    Enter pvp then, you can choose to heal and get the banner without double kill, triple kill and 100 wins easily. If you are righteous, it is even easier to get your banner if your dc is strong enough. Grind for a week or lesser on your pve cleric should award you your banner. If you dislike domination... well iwd pvp does help alot if you camp and seek for BI dom. There is always a good reason devs gate these banner artifacts behind pvp, just like other items behind pve, NW is a grinding game isnt it?

    the banner is gated either way ... at least one of your characters has to be able to get 40k glory to get a second one and is the point of buying second copy of same banner really just to give pvp-centric toons free feeder artifacts??? that does not make sense! and now nothing is gated behind pve.... bis weapons and arty gear can be earned by a pve spec toon for any alt or bought outright from auction with the addition of elemental weapons choice pack in new lockbox. lets be honest what you really want is pve spec and geared victims to beat on cause they trying to get an artifact that would fit their build best...!!!
