'WHY' i have to be enforced to fight against an opponent who has 3K 3,5K OR 4K iL while iam 2.5k....?

    LOL bring back healing to PvP... what PvP have you been playing? Can't imagine PvP without healing depression. Everyone would be immortal.

    Delete tenacity sure, or at least give it to everyone and remove it from gear, but bringing back healing is a terrible idea. With how easy it is to stack healing (especially for DC/OP) depression should be doubled, not taken away.

    This forum can't even agree amongst itself what true 'balance' is. How is anyone supposed to convey that idea to the devs, when 90% of people who talk have no clue, and those who do know are usually ignored.
