Owl Bear Bugged

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
I purchased the owlbear from the AH for my Control Wizard. After testing to see the procs I noticed it only did for a few of the AoE's from the initial cast then added tics for 0. Anyone else having the problem with only certain encounters triggering the bonus?

    I think it's only supposed to do damage on the first hit of any DoT power.

    Yea but it only does on some and the ones it doesn't it adds tics for 0

    And disintegrate is another one very easy to tell it doesn't proc

    Ah, DC has a similar problem with the owlbear, where it doesn't do any damage when using Chains of Blazing Light or Daunting Light.
