The first message being posted into a party chanel isn't working

A long-time issue. When you post your first message into a party channel, the system says something like the following line and the message isn't showing up in the party channel.

[System Notify] Cannot find channel "Teamid_Dragon54669007".

I constantly have this same issue. Dev's need to fix it. A simple work around is when you see the Cannot find channel message, hit enter, up arrow, enter and it will send the same message but work.
