Blacklake Terror Skirmish

So, I just started a new character today and I always want to complete all skirmishes, dungeons, quests etc. for titles but when I tried to queue for Blacklake Terror Skirmish I realized there is no option to queue up? What happened with that skirmish? I tried to queue up with talk to Penny the Apprentice but nothing. When I choose to queue up to the skirmish nothing happen and now I'm at level 13 if I'm level up I don't be able to queue up and I lose a title.

    afaik this was reported in the new module bug topic, you are not alone there.
    Please fix Zhentarim Warlock companion's skill "Arcane Warping" to the originally intended "Arcane Boost"

    Pure -> Transcendent Plague Fire weapon enchantment giving 80damge/20 seconds for 500k+ AD is a joke.

    I hope when they fix this skirmish players who lost this title (Hero of the Blacklake) will get that without have to do this skirmish cause I'm more than level 13 now so can't do it anymore.
