Valindra's Set

I just picked up the last piece fot the Valindra's set.
I was wondering if someone with alot more knowledge than me.
Could please help me figure out Which class this would best B suited for.
A CW, DC, Pally ect. I have room to make a new toon and I thought It would be nice to get a headstart.

    Since you can't wear 2 sets, there is no reason for anyone to wear this set above Lostmauth set.
    There is no theorycrafting since Mod 5 anymore.

    the kicker is.. the lostmouth set would have to give less then 4% dps to make this set even thought about using for CWS.. this is how bad this set is.

    and yes.. I slotted it one day.. took orb. sort of fun to freeze mobs.. but alot of actual mobs are totally immune to control.. make again.. this set EVEN less worthwhile then it appears.

    since IE control isnt needed, neither is this set.

    I will keep mine in the bank just in case.. one day you know.

    OK Then why is this dumb game puting the things it the NEW boxe, if they are pretty well useless. Go Figure. Leave it ti Criptic to Give more worthless junk
