Refine Option not available

I have a Epic (Purple) Burning Shield that I am unable to refine RP items into. The function is not available at all. Anyone else having this issue ?

    Same here. All OP off hands can't be refined, which needs to fixed immediately since it's 2x RP this weekend!

    I am worried that this will not get addressed before the 2x RP event :( Major bummer... Been saving RP items for close to 3 weeks to get my shield to legendary.

    They will probably fix that with weekly maintnance.It could impact Zen sales otherwise

    I have an OP and have same problem. 56 lvl (purple) Burning Kite Shield i have but can't refine it after The Maze Engine patch. I sent 3 tickets in 2 days but no one answer it. I don't know what we do.

    There are at least two threads running about this issue. A fix is likely in the works.
