Was the Dread Enchant removed ???

The Dread enchant was the single loot I looked most forward to in the new campaign, but it seems to have disappeared. Is tthat just because it was buggy and did not work as intended, or is is permanently gone ?
Hoping for improvements...

    I just wanted to start a new thread about this enchantment too. So, what happened with the enchant? O-O

    It was broken on Preview..I am hoping they just removed it temporarily while fixing it....but....
    Hoping for improvements...

    it wasnt working last time people tried it.

    They probably spun some wheels (matchbox size ones) at trying to fix it and decided it wasnt going to happen.

    it was the mad arab who wrote necromicon who spoke about Cthulthu, ohhh wait wrong stuffs.....

    was that same book that was in movie, Evil Dead?

    Everything I read on the preview forum, said it wasnt working. For the better if that was the case. Also to be consistent with the dev/mod "we want to see how the economy evens out", probably better for that as the coal ward grab that would follow after the release of it.
