"Misunderstood" title, how to get?

(Sorry bad english)

I don't know how people get this title someone said in the game it is can be get by doing the chapter 1 in dwarven king storyline but when i completed that I still don't have the title. And can't find anything about this title in Google. So, please can anyone tell me how can I get this? :)

    it's not like the new levels are exactly big or detailed with secrets - chapter 1 - there is a house 3 rooms and a chest. It's in the chest.
    Please fix Zhentarim Warlock companion's skill "Arcane Warping" to the originally intended "Arcane Boost"

    Pure -> Transcendent Plague Fire weapon enchantment giving 80damge/20 seconds for 500k+ AD is a joke.

    The whole point of easter eggs is you have to hunt for them. ;)

    @darkstarcrash Woah. Thank you for this. I started to collect them and I also finally got the Misunderstood. I miss the guide how to claim all of titles but the chapter numbers there so I will try to get all. Thanks all.
