Redeem promotional codes?

  Those codes are probably for the PC version. I suspect any codes for the Xbox version would need to be redeemed like all other Xbox codes, from the game menu.

  Promotional codes can be redeemed via the Arc app (a separate app) on Xbox.

  For PC promo codes, they must be entered into the Arc app on PC. For Xbox promo codes, they must be entered into the Arc app on Xbox.
