So over the last few days, a half dozen or so Demogorgon runs have ended in disaster, a lot of nothing. It seems some people are having fun now by coming into the skirmish and messing it all up for everyone else.
In phase one, they go open every single demon portal as fast as they can.
Usually lose a couple of players at this point.
In phase 2 they aim the demon at the black circles
at this point we lose a large portion of the remaining players.
In phase 3, not even a chance to finish off Demogorgon with the remaining players.
I think this can be corrected quite easily/
In phase 1, limit the portals that can be open to 1 at a time.
(I realize a heavily geared party would be somewhat handicapped by this, but you can easily make gold doing one at a time)
In phase 2, if a player hits the black circle, do not allow them to be the person aiming the demon anymore. and to fix it further, do the same for any player that misses the target 2 times in a row.
Not sure if this would fix it all, but it would go a long ways to making it playable again.

The same idiots, that claim 'hacks' and cry 'exploit' bc the boss melts (with a good group) in seconds, flame you for ignoring the circles.
One of the most ignorant moves was a CW from a large PvP guild, running with a friend if mine (same guild), SW with DR-set. 2nd phase the SW and I stood next to each other in the well, I debuffed and he killed him in seconds. The CW insulted me for ignoring the circles, ignoring the fact, that his guild member, using a T2 set, did the same. The somehow funny thing was, that the SW asked me, to group up with him and his guildies, bc the synergy of SW and DC (if played and geared right) grants gold in the 2nd and 3rd phase, no matter what. I kindly declined, stating, that I rather que random, than carry an ignorant player, who feels the need, to insult me, bc he knows squad about PvE.
Thats the community here. Some ppl insult you, bc they dont like your guild, some ppl insult you, bc you use the old T1/ T2 sets, bc they are 'OP and using them is an exploit' while others see you with a T 2 set and insult you bc 'bro you are an idiot, how can you have 4k IL and 70k HP'.
