Lockbox Ratio

Ok I have opened over 300 lock boxes since I have been playing this game. I have never got a mount or artifact out of any of them. For the last 3 months I have opened 140 Nine hell lock boxes and nothing. Even at 1% chance I should of got something by now. There is a chance of about 5 artifacts and I have got nothing. Everyone I have played with has got atleast 3 good items by now. Something has to be wrong please fix.

    hehe I've opened over a thousand of the resurgent. got 2 epic mounts and 4 epic artifacts - but NO Legendary. Yeah, that hurts. All I'm wanting is the Metallic Sigil so I can make a silver dragonborn. *sigh*

    I got 1 legendary mount. 3 artifacts and 3 epic companions. And opened about 300 boxes

    Yea that tells me the ratios are not even. There is not that much bad luck in the the world.
