Low Level Domination - High HP (Technical Support)

We have a problem in the game of domination and it's been a long time since anyone fix.
When I enter in the low level of domination; ex: 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 I noticed that some players are with a benefit of hit points that reaches 30,000 points of life (And I'm not referring to the Stronghold HP Boon!) ... some players get this benefit and others do not ... well that makes the game frustrating.
First point, let's look at a game that lasts about 15 minutes and with that amount of hit points reaching 45,000 points (in case my last fight 20-29), no one can kill and no one dies.. this is really tedious.
Second point that benefit I'm talking about the 30,000 points of life is apparently only going on between these levels I mentioned; 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59. But even so I noticed that some players do not receive this benefit and this is another problem without logic.
Note
in my case as before I said I get in the queue of domination lv (20-29) and my character; Name: Watermelon Tea - Lv: 29 - Class - Trickster Rogue was only 8,900 points of life while most of the other players were more than 40,000 thousand points of life, some were also without the blessing of 30,000 with close to the original values 5 ~ 10,000 hit points.
I really hope a support about this problem since the Arc Games support himself asked me to it creates a forum topic to give more emphasis to the situation..
