Break the Spirit still broken?

I read on these forums the group buff component of Break the Spirit was broken and not correctly applying. During group fights I have been using Forgemaster's Flame to bolster group damage instead of BtS for that reason. Has it ever been fixed?

    I am also curious about this (about a year later), and not sure were else to look. I heard someone mention the other day in chat that BtS was bugged, but they didnt say which part... the group dps buff or the critter debuff. It would be nice to know where else to look for a list of current bugs... the 482 pages of bug reports is rather cumbersome to review.

    Break the Spirit: Empowered bonus on this power now works as expected.

    no its working and has worked since that time.

    There were so many powers /feats/ranks/enchants broken with EE, its hard to remember them all .

    Given that they don't bother to always update the tooltips, sometimes it was hard to say whether it was WAI but poorly documented or broken.
