Anyone Have This Problem

everytime i try to sigin to neverwinter on xbox one it ask me to resigin and when am already sigin to the profile so i resigin and i get connecting to the account server..please wait al right so i will wait about 10-20 min for it to say connection to the account server time out please try again later... these problem are monkey HAMSTER now if it not the pc neverwinter it the xbox one neverwinter it like thay do not tast stuff out befor patch it or something

    There's been login issues over the last few days on Neverwinter. Xbox Live has been dodgy too. Mine was OK a few hours ago. 10-20 minutes sounds quite long for a time out though.

    Try hard resetting your Xbox and try again (hold the power button down) and trying again.

    done that over 20 time before give up.. and it take 10-20 min for it to say something diffrent
