Why is the Game NOT WORKING

I have NOT been able to play for more than 5 minutes without getting booted off and then can't log back in

They generally don't release details. Mostly because they have no idea either.

I cant connect to the game servers. It kicks back to main screen. Just me? Or no?

Nope kicks me main screen sometime I don't make it to character screen and get server login timed out or when I do get to character screen and load character at loading screen to get ingame it times out saying gameserver timed out and throws me back to account select screen shots been down for over 7+ hours its bs

This is UTTER GARBAGE

Now I'm behind on 4 level 70's in Underdark campaign and making AD

I'm sure many others are in this boat and it's NOT Xbox live as I was able to play other games with no issue

Is it just server maintenance or just downright problems that need to be fixed.

this. it's been since 1 30 am pacific time last night for me so over 12 hours now this may be the first day in months I don't get my daily vip key. $:\$
