Today's Feature...what is it?

I had Prophecy of Madness as the feature for today, to grant me the bonus ichor. I complete it, but am not given the box to open...nor the friends I'm in party with.

After completion, the feature goes away...the campaign box is just empty. Then it magically shows up again.

I didnt have this problem last week. What am I missing?

The daily bonus is not set the same for everyone. Today I had one toon with the bonus given for completing Prophacy of Madness, and another toon got it for completing the Demonic Hero Encounters. Once completed it shouldn't be available until the next day for that toon.

I understand that the feature is not the same for each character; that isn't my issue.

My problem is that I completed the Prophecy of Madness (on the character it was featured for), but I did not receive my box of ichor.

I created a support ticket and submitted screenshots, so hopefully I'll have an answer sooner than later. I was seeking to see if anyone else in the community had a similar issue.

It should be the same for all characters. It just depends on what time you complete it. Unlike most things that reset at 3AM PST, this seems to reset at 11AM PST.

Actually the feature IS the same for all characters. I have never seen a variance among the 5 characters I am using. However, unlike everything else that resets at 2 AM or 3AM PST, the feature resets at 10 AM or 11 AM PST. So, it can appear that there were two different featured events if the events are done once before and once after the time reset. So, that should explain the 2 different events.

The other issue (and one possibly effecting the OP) seems to be that reward for the feature DOES follow the 3AM reset game policy. If you do the event before 11 AM PST and see that later it has changed to a different event and do it again, you don't get the Icor bonus. If you do it after the 3AM reset you will.

The other possibility is as previously posted, there was already an Icor cache in inventory. Anyway, those are my theories.

Thanks zephyriah, that explains alot, and is probably why I was under the incorrect impression that it varried for each toon.

We are lucky then. On Xbox it does seem to reset, with a caveat. If you do one before 11AM, it will show the new one later but no cache rewarded if you do it that afternoon. But, after 3AM and before 11 AM the next day you can do it for the cache.

I found out accidentally while playing about the weird time reset, tried early the next day and it worked. Maybe I was lucky, maybe it's the way it is programmed. Probably should make a bug report, but meh.

Okay, I must have been in between the reset twilight. @defiantone99 I did receive support on my ticket and the agent directed me to post in the Xbox bug forum, so it looks like you are correct.
