Game crash everytime

Hallo im trying to log in since yesterday to game but it just not possible,everytime i press Play on launcher it just pops up a "CrypticError report"i tryed to delete and reinstall it from the beggining but nothing changed (yes even that command with directx that and moderator or admin had sayed to a similar post on bug list didnt help).Can somebody help.

    Launcher > Options > click Safe Mode > Save



    If that works for you, you may be one of the lucky ones who has to start the game that way.

    Yes i have try it but didnt work either whatever i do its pops up Crypticerror

    tried all that and now trying reinstall hope that works

    Use d3d 9ex or 9, 11 crashes on full-screen mode

    Have tryed everything but nothing works when i hit play Crypticerror pops up
