Feytouch TR bug with Smoke Bomb

I have been trying out different enchantments with my TR, and I really liked Feytouch however I've noticed with Smoke Bomb it doesn't seem to work right at all. I've been paying close attention to my effects bar, and when I use Smoke Bomb I rarely ever see the Feytouch icon - for minutes at a time in some cases. I think Smoke Bomb breaks the reset timer on Feytouch. I'm not sure how much this is harming my damage output and things like that, but I can definitely tell that something isn't working correctly.

    Is your problem that you're expecting SB to proc the enchant on whatever it hits? Because there is no consistent logic behind which things are triggered by DoTs and AoEs, or anything else really. It's whatever random decisions the devs made for the sake of "balance", usually. Checking a combat log might help you figure out when and what is proc'ing feytouched.

    No, it is that after I use Smoke Bomb it never processes again during combat. Other encounters don't seem to disable it, but after I use Smoke Bomb I can't get it process again at all while combat is going. If I leave combat, then I have a chance again, but if I'm in a boss battle, demogorgon, etc... then I'm in combat for several minutes without it processing at all.

    i already reported this in the past.
    Some powers like smoke bomb for trs and almost any aoe powers for HR do not proc the bonus damage on you.
    But the still proc the debuff on the enemy.

    Once you bug the enchant using one of those powers you have to leave the combat to make it work again

    It is a major dps bug then, I hope they fix it. Even if Smoke Bomb didn't trigger the effect at all, but didn't bug out it would make the enchantment actually useful to me when I used my other encounter powers. Otherwise, I could never use it on my TR without completely changing the build.
