I have seen different posts saying learned spell caster with 5pts gives you 5% damage and others saying you get 5% of what INT gives you meaning you get 5% of the percentage INT gives you which wouldnt be much. Im human so I can have 3 in FW and either 5 in learned, or 3 in presd and 2 in learned. This is where Im torn.

From @thefabricant guide - Learned Spellcaster: This increases your damage based on your intelligence multiplier. Say you have 24 points in intelligence here, for a 14% damage boost. This would give you a 1.14% damage bonus per point. For the purposes of building personal dps, this is the best option after focused wizardry.

If you went 5/5, it'd be around 5-6% damage boost. But there's no need to do that, since Focused Wizardry affects Spellstorm and Smolder ticks, as well as elol set ticks, if I'm not mistaken. Having more than 2 points into Learned Spellcaster is a complete waste, unless you're Human, then it's actually quite a sizable feat to max out. The 2.3ish % damage from 2 points is still better than 2 points into Prestidigitation, imo. You'd have to consistent's have to have over 80k power consistently (not possible without a stacked bonding companion) to get that damage bonus % from Prestidigitation.
