Trickster Rouge - First strike

Does anyone know the cooldown on this class feature? Im pretty sure it's not only the first hit of the combat, but i wanna know exactly the time that i need to wait before striking again.

    You dont have to leave combat entirely in order to activate the ''First strike" again.
    Sometimes i use all my Encounters and then i use stealth and roll around a lil bit, then i come back and use all my Encounters again with the "First strike" buff again

    To leave combat you need 8 seconds anyways

    Im not sure about that, might be, but in the majority of the situations im able to apply FS twice in a group of 5-6 mobs, if i do that rotation...(use Encounters > stealth > roll around a bit > strike again..

    Are you sure its first strike after the stealth and roll and not just the exe feat "Shadowborn"?
