this is just for fun, i have been hoping to see this happen again and wanted to share it. (also this forum does not have an off topic, so i think this works right???)
i currently have the Halloween event jack o liar head, and sometimes, when i get into protectors enclave. this happens and its amazing.
im not posting this to show a game glitch, i just wish i could ride my undead horse like this to complete my headless horseman role play : P
it got stuck like this for about 3 minutes, i ran around the enclave like this for a bit, one person stopped and looked at me so maybe it was visible to others, i dunno.
went away when i talked to an NPC.
