  Same with my +4 ring of rising power and +4 ring of rising precision. Can not be removed or destroyed.

  Yup, my +4 defense ring which was enchanted with the Stamina Jewel is now bugged. The new second slot is filled with the Stamina Jewel enchant and there is no way to remove it.
