Can we have another refining system?

Im talking about refining system without refining points.
its like reinforcement kits bout those are too expensive and addends too less stat
this is going to be a gimme refining system haha

Example :D

Requirements ::
::100 Steel 50 Coal
per plus starting from +1 and progressive to +10 or +15
so uve spend 1000 steels and 500 charcoals upgrading your item to +10
::For each stats , it dissolves different requirements
like for power you need some 1 Power Coal 100 Steel 50 charCoal
like for armor pen you need 1 Armor pen coal 100 Steel 50 charCoal
::1 power coal cost 25-50k AD
::ofc the requirements should be harder to gain through farming or professions
I like farming better :D
::As the requirements needs to be of higher quality, u should be able to upgrade to requirements too
100 coal == 1 charcoal
100 charcoal == 1 diamond
100 diamond == 1 brilliant diamond
and so forth
:: thats just example we can have as many names as possible lol


This is how I want it to be .
1.It should be from +1 up to+10 or +15
2.+1 = 45 power (or our choice armor pen, control bonus etc..)
which make it +10 = 450 :D or +15 = 675
3. ofc Success rate differs for each attempt
+1 to + 4 has a 75% success rate rare
+5 to +8 has a 50% success rate epic
+9 to +12 has a 25% success rate legendary
+13 to +15 has 10% success rate mythic
I make the success rate a little higher cuz thats the point of this gimme refining system :D
ofc preservation wards or coalescent should also be used
4. There should be an animation if someone is trying to refine :D
like a message SUCCESS! on the face of my character or FAILURE
(so if someone fails continuously we can laugh at them and ADMIRE someone who continues to REFINE successfully)
5. they should also allows us to refine unbound equipment so we can sell it to AH :D

Applicable to all from rings, arms, coat etc....
so you can have 12 piece +10 or +15 items

    for god sake, no more refining. It's already the worst mini-game ever invented. It's not fun and many have stated that the Mod 2 refinement rework was the beginning of the decline in game quality

    So your suggestion is that to fix the punishing and tedious refining system we should add in a refining system that lets us refine our refining items into better refining items?

    Shhhh! i am hunting wabbit in cryptic office and dont want them breed more artifact refine clutter. better pray that you are not a wabbit! (secretly send them huge mailbox full of bunny suits).

    please no more, getting the mote is pure awful torture device, no one likes it.

    I would like to suggest an alternative approach; Your gear gains (some % to be hashed out later) of any XP your character earns, as RPs.

    No way, then you get into 2 issues

    1) how to account for past XP earned
    2) another easily bot-table resource that generates no revenue

    F2P MMORPGs have conditioned me, anytime I hear refine now; doesnt matter the context, I cringe.

    RP is the same.
