XBOX 1 characters on PC??

Hello,
I was wondering, I initially started playing Neverwinter on Xbox1 and have 2 characters. Because of complications with LIVE GOLD, actuallying, I'm just unable to pay for Gold status right now, can I access my same characters if I DOWNLOAD Neverwinter on my computer?

Hoping for the best scenario to that question... how or where do I learn the controls and gameplay differences, accessing either character from Computer, sense I've been playing on Xbox 1 for so long?

    No, you can not transfer your characters from one platform to the other. And they have no plans to make it able to do, either. Nor can players on both platforms interact with each other in game.

    Yeah, there currently isn't a way to transfer characters. In terms of controls, the tutorial will teach you once you hop on PC.

    Fiscally it wouldn't make any sense. Hence the answers above.

    Its more less I have a L46 character, and a L24 Character, on my Xbox1 acct, but unable to recently pay to extend my Live Gold service on Xbox 1, Neverwinter doesn't let me on often... seems only day though. I still get on at night, sometimes... I can't determine if related to Xbox1 Live or not! anyway, thinking I wasn't ever going to see my characters again, I posted this hoping I could access them on same game from computer, so I wouldn't have to start all over!

    It's not just a technical problem. They simply cant due to other more practical reasons.

    The main one being the two servers are still out of sync. The PC is still several updates ahead of Xbox. Until the servers sync up, if ever, transfers will be fairly complicated.

    The other issue is the economies. One is severally inflated with the other severally deflated. Allowing transfers can end up causing either one or both of these shaky economies to crash completely.
