I know about the stealth and cowardice rings as they've been discussed here before but I was wondering if there are any rings coming out that have stats that beat the current rank 25 customised gemmed ones for general purpose damage/recovery etc.

Does anybody know?

You can only equip one ring of each type. So if you equip a Ring of Rising Defense +5 you can't equip another Ring of Rising Defense.

None of the underdark rings have permanent stats, I believe we get to craft new level 140 rings for pve and pvp

They do have rings that have rising stats like when attacking or being attacked like
Ring of Rising Precision-On hitting a foe you gain 135 Crit for 4 seconds. This effect can stack a maximum of 10 times.
or
Ring of Rising Deflect-When hit by a foe you gain 135 deflect for 4 seconds. This effect can stack a maximum of 10 times.
The rings above are are legendary rank the +1 rings will give you 55 and rise by 20 for each level of ring so +2=75, +3+95, +4+ 115, the stacks and duration stay the same throughout, also worth noting you get double slots for all legendary rings

They're double slotted with the same type too (i.e. two defensive slots on defensive rings and two offensive slots on offensive rings).

Depending on the way your built will decide wheither or not the rings are worth. For me yeah they are better but you have to remember the RNG on the Legendary rings.

So I'd say stick with the Jewelcrafting ones, unless you want to spend a year getting the rings.

I given up on prayers, you game til blisters form too big to play, take 5 to shave them down and keep going lol
