Forming the guild quest

Hi,
Ever since I think about level 10 or something, I have this quest under the "New Unlocks". The quest name is Forming the guild. I tried to talk to the guild npc and tried everything, even creating my own guild but the quest still doesn't complete. I check with some of my guild mates and they said they had this bug since elemental evil. I have to keep dismissing it when I leveled. Can you please look into it?

I have a similar thing but the quest is for Icewind, and if i click on it it only say: Good bye.

Hello, I have the same issue on the Xbox One every since the latest mod 8 "Underdark" came out. Worked fine before but now it always show the yellow arrow in the top right corner and I did all available quest. Please fix this!
