Elemental Infussion QoL Improvement

Hi,

I'm back again with another QoL improvement, this time referred to Elemental Infusion (Black Ice Shaping recipes) compared to other professions.

Right now every class can build equipment for other classes if they have the corresponding profession, Leatherworking for Hunter Rangers, Trickster Rogues and Scourge Warlocks, Mailsmithing for Devoted Clerics and Great Weapon Fighters, and so on. Even Masterwork professions work that way, as far as I know.

In addition we also have Black Ice Shaping which allows that character to have access to Elemental Infusion which allows that character to get improved versions of the equipment but restricted to its own class only.

My Quality of Life improvement proposal is that every class has access to the recipes of Elemental Infusion of other classes if you have the "required" profession level. This required level would be the Black Ice Shaping level required multiplied by five.
Examples:
- To unlock Control Wizards recipes for Black Ice Shaping level 3 you would need Tailoring level 15 or higher.
- To unlock Devoted Clerics recipes for Black Ice Shaping level 4 you would need Mailsmithing level 20 or higher.
- To unlock Trickster Rogues recipes for Black Ice Shaping level 5 you would need Leatherworking level 25.

This would be for getting access to Elemental Infusion recipes for other classes so if you are Oathbound Paladin you are not required to level Platesmithing.

Thanks in advance =)

Costs are already too high for such 'too few' improvements. Also we're unable to upgrade the dusk set with this fusion thing.
