Stuck in icewind pass

There is a bunch of us who have been stuck in icewind pass for like 3 to 4 hours. Those characters can not leave the zone, is there any update to this problem

    I solved by changing character, then going back to the main one. It probably changed istance with the new log in.
    But i don't know if it works with everyone.

    I have the sam problem , but changing the character do don't help :(

    Yes I have tried that multiple times, even joined dungeons, but it still leaves me in iwp, hopefully patch will fix, kinda crazy there has not been any customer support response to this

    changing the character working i try 5 times and im free :tired_face:
