Icewind Dale Instance Bug?

I got into a group to do Biggrin instance. However none of us was able to join into the same map as each other.
I know from playing with other chars long ago that for Icewind you had to leave the area, go back to main town, wait for cooldown and then click to get to the map that the other person is in.
That does not work any longer.
We tried pressing M and change map. After waiting for cooldown this did not work either, it says it is the wrong type of map.
We tried for all of us to enter the instance, that also did not work.

So in all, we have given up on Biggrin instance

To state the obvious, it is tiring with all the bugs right now. I had Slaughters where you fight for like ten minutess and then the whole thing 'fails', that is sickening too.

Maybe it is time to leave the game, has been good going for years but I guess the present tech staff don't know what they are doing!

    Just experienced this issue too. Even had a full party and all 5 were in different instances. Nothing we did could get around it - dropping, readding, etc. Instead of new mods, it would be cool if we could just get bugs fixed and old dungeons back.

    Just want to add that it happened to me and my party-friend yesterday - we went to go into Biggrins Tomb and ended up in different instances of the tomb. Then come out, back to the same instance of Icewind Pass, then try again, different tomb instances, then break the party, one goes in, the other joins after that and tries to come in, but ends up in a different instance of Biggrins Tomb.

    Switching instances isn't possible anywhere in Icewind Dale so can't try to fix it that way.

    Today we tried again and this time the server just spat us out completely when we tried to go in, and we both had to restart the game. Then we couldn't even leave Icewind Pass, 'F' key stopped working for me completely (did not appear) - we both had to restart the game, finally could leave Icewind Pass, but gave up on Biggrins again.
    Before you jump to judge me, know this - I was called flowerbot long before I started playing Neverwinter.
