determination bug (not the I cant go unstoppable bug)

Yea this is not the same I have a full bar and cant go unstoppble bug

this morning I respecced to IV from SM and now when I attack I cannot build any determination only when i am struck
I used 3 respec tokens trying to get it working again (going back to SM) and still i cant build any determination when I attack

    ok 5 more respecs and its working again.... thank jesus for the winter fest and the respec tokens or I would be borked till they decided to fix it
