+5 Underdark Rings

After running Demo/eDemo lord knows how many times I finally saw a +5 ring. But of course as in true RNGesus MMO fashion it is not a ring I'd ever use. It would be nice if there was a system in place so we could trade in a +5 ring for a different +5 ring, heck even make it cost some AD as well.
I know this will probably never happen, just thought I'd post as I wipe away the sadness.

if it will make you happy, from the time when I stared counting. I made 21 times epic demo (counted 6 times mixed gold-silver) and rest 3x gold. And 10 times demo (counted only triple gold) And didn't get even one ring +5. So, I hardly bet, even if I would get some ring one day, it won't be that which I want lol

This is normal. I'm working on a second twisted set, never got above +4.

I just gave up on +5 rings we should be able to buy them in underdark store like we can do with arti weapon and of hand

After over 100 eDemo runs and getting both twisted weapons on four toons, I haven't seen one +5 ring, or a twisted weapon drop. With a drop rate worst than the Eye of Lathandar and all the different rings, I don't understand why any one would grind just for the rings. I'd get a personalized ring and call it a day.
