Why does Neverwinter keep crashing?

Everytime I play Neverwinter, it crashes every 5 minuntes.

    for me crashing sometimes, due that paladin spell (huge spell on ground), or sometimes in the middle of dragon run/demon heroics at well of dragon with many people - no matter max settings or min.

    Are your graphics drivers up to date? Having out of date drivers can cause crashing issues. Make sure all your hardware drivers are up to date on your computer.
