Where is my Free bag of holding?

According to the schedule i am supposed to get a free bag of holding today. Where is this? Does it appear in my bag or do i have to do something to collect it? Its not in my backpack so im not sure how to obtain it.

    The day after Christmas? Haven't played this game for a while and have actually managed to install it on Linux! Finishing the game setup it's self now. Will I receive one of these?

    Sorry this is off topic, but Atlantis, did you use wine to get it to work on linux (or have a guide)?

    I tried a couple months ago, but couldn't get it to work.

    Also, I believe the drops are available for every account in the game from the zen store.

    Yes, I used Wine and PlayOnLinux, using a guide from someone who had good experience. I'm currently waiting for it to finish patching, so I'm basically done installing it.

    this morning, i open to see free item, and saw 6 items, but cant claim any since my bags are full, and few mins later, i saw 50 counts heal stone and free chest (from first purchase), i was like where others go? i guess there was a glitch after log on with first character opening free item panel.

    The Gateway seems to have an issue with showing the items on their correct days. Best to check in-game.

    It's a harmless glitch when you have a full inventory. As soon as you make room in your inventory, you can no longer see the rest of the stuff.

    There appears to be a slightly less harmless glitch with today's freebie, the Blood Ruby. It isn't there !!

    Nope, just checked again. Today's freebies are 3x Free Preservation Wards and 5x Free Scrolls of Life. Still no sign of a Blood Ruby. There was nothing at all in the Free section of the Zen Store when I made my previous post.

    Tuesday, 12/29: Free Blood Ruby


    The 2xRP starts at 10am PST.


    So, yes.. Blood Ruby is missing. I'm certain that they'll fix it soon enough.

    Unlikely to see a fix for this before next week when the Devs get back from their Christmas/New Year break. Anyone taking bets on the day after 2xRP ends ? >:)

    I have one request about the bag: please let us eventually discard it. Its a nice freebie, but sooner or later I will outgrow it.
