Astral Diamond Pouch?

So I ran ELoL and Temple of spider on epic

And I got two astral diamond boxes( says open box), but when I do, it says you already have the contents and won't do anything?

I'm confused..

    You've probably refined your cap amount of rough astral already. Save it for the double astral then open those before you've refined any astral.

    There is a cap of 34k rough ad each day that can be refined,

    I refine the daily 36k at beginning of each day @loopy99

    And i have neverr recieved a pouch. Is there a limit to amount of rough astrals recieved maybe?
