Group Chat and Invites Behaving Erraticly

Not sure if this is new, but it started to happen to me overwhelmingly frequently recently - perhaps in the last 2 or 3 days.

What I've experienced so far:
1) Sometimes unable to invite anyone in my guild to a group - they simply do not receive my invites.
2) Sometimes seeing empty guild roaster as if no one is online. Yes I know about the privacy settings, but this is different. Even with privacy I could usually see e.g. 15 people out of 25. But sometimes I just don't see anyone while I can see many people playing in game which I usually see in the roster. When this happens no one also replies to my guild chat messages. Everybody's ignoring me.

I suspect it's an issue with the particular server responsible for the group functionality. Please, fix it.

Actually that even happened back in mod 5, but now it's happening more frequently.... Chat just dun work social/friends list all on the Fritz random people if not everyone show as offline.

If I get an Xbox live request to join the neverwinter game and it's not absolutely fresh as in maybe I had to go pee before I accept, it tends to crash the whole game and also the person's sending the Inv too.

This is a daily thing, random social functions not working, it's a really old problem and it's getting far worse and far more frequent.
If you can't beat 'em, arrange to have them beaten.
