[PC] New video card, game crashes on loading screen.

So I put a new video card in the PC today, went from a Radeon 6850 to a Radeon R7 370. Ever since then, the game crashes during the loading screen.

I've tried deleting the GamePrefs.pref file like they suggest in the Arc support area, and I've tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Same crash at the same place.

I'm running the latest AMD drivers:
Driver Packaging Version
15.30.1025-151117a-296567C

    Solved the problem. AMD recently switched to a new version of drivers called Crimson, which has apparently been causing a lot of problems. I rolled back to the old Catalyst drivers and that solved several issues I had been having, including the Neverwinter crash.

    I also got it working by launching in safe mode, then changing the video option to directx 9 instead of 11

    I very need a help cuz on my loading screen i get crash every time, but only at winter festival with two of my characters (TEMPO and Thea @tempo84 ). I verify the files every time but crash report write me 'Fatal Error: Corrupt pig file detected'

    Please solve this problem quickly asap for me and others.

    Esse suporte técnico da Arc é uma bosta! O usuário tem um problema e 10 dias depois ainda não responderam o cara. Ligam o "foda-se" literalmente.
